Refund policy

Every Souls of Saints item is printed to order by our print partner. We don't hold stock, but this doesn't affect your legal rights.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

- Tell us within 14 days of delivery using the form on our Contact page, with your order number. We'll reply with the return address.

- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

- You pay the cost of returning it, unless the item is faulty.

- We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, or of receiving proof that you've sent it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Sizing

Our hoodies, sweatshirt and some T-shirts run small, so please check the sizing note on each product before ordering. If something doesn't fit, you can return it under the 14-day rule above.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop

If you bought through TikTok Shop, please start your return or refund in the TikTok app so it's handled under TikTok Shop's process.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
